Room stunk of urine unfortunately. We bought air fresheners and febreeze because the hotel apparently didn’t have anything for the smell. Our stay was fine but that’s disappointing as a guest.

The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no soap in bathroom. But other than that. Everything else was good

Staff was amazing. Room needs to be fixed for air conditioner broken and leaking onto the floor. Floor was very wet and subflooring needs to be replaced. Exposed wires where the thermostat was. Young kids were arguing and possible altercation.

Housekeeping stole my bracelet when I went out for the day. Left my bracelet in the bathroom and came back and it was gone

Rest assured I have checked and spoken with the proper department and the housekeeper who had tended to your room and unfortunately no necklace was seen anywhere in the bathroom. I would suggest checking again in your personal belongings. We have a strict policy and code of conduct rules that every staff member signs when hired on. Any breach will be immediate disciplinary action and can lead to termination. We do hope you will choose to stay with us again and we will make sure you are happy and satisfied through out your stay.

Stayed the week while working in the metroplex. Location was great as I can get to either Ft Worth or Dallas in a timely manner depending on time of day for traffic. Staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Welcoming every time when I came in, 5 in the afternoon 3 in the morning or 8 at night. I am planning on staying at this location dry often for work or personal time.

The property is close to everything! We will book this hotel next time in Dallas Texas . Staff was friendly and made sure everything was right for our stay.Room was clean and the suite was comfortable also big for more than 2 people.
The living area is closed off for your privacy. Two way bathrooms door for extra guests.you can lock the bathroom door from the bedroom area when you are sleeping in the living area. Extra sink in living area also.
The are is quite, and a restaurant right across from hotel, just walk right across.
