I added another day to my stay, before checkout time and went to work. I told them I would be paying when I got back at 12 o'clock they shut off the electric to my room and told my wife "pay now or we are keeping your deposit" then when I try to call them, they don't answer the phone. people were going in my room every time we left it. a lot of things , expensive things , the cleaning staff is rude and speaks negative about us when they think we aren't listening or thinking we do not understand Spanish . the trash cans are often overflowing. the roof leaks, the bathroom door doesn't close , the sink pipes are not attached. we rented the room because it has a kitchenette. there was not. but all the fridges and microwaves sit in a room with the curtains open so everyone can see. terrible place. when I mentioned to the front desk that people were in our room a lot, he gave me an additude. not a place to bring the kids or family

Poor service, booked a 2 queen bed room and was originally given one queen. Front desk clerk seemed irritated that I asked for what I reserved. We were given a room with no TV, and just 1 towel for two people. Room was not in a safe area and there were several people loitering around our room. Will never come here again.

Bed was not clean. Room smelled like cigarettes there was blood on the wall and on the floor the bathroom I had a crack on the floor and it felt like it was sinking. The ceiling was all yellow from cigarette smell, and the tiles were falling off the door didn’t close right 10 out of 10 will recommend again if you’re scared for your life.

there were no bath towels in the room. The mattresses were thin and so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. To make matters worse there’s no light switch when you walk in the door. The lamp is wall mounted and did not work so the only light available was from the bathroom and vanity area. I will never stay at a Travelodge again. The price was great, but the experience was so bad now I’m willing to pay more for a good nights sleep.

One of the worst Hotel I stayed, I booked a none spoke room and as I enter the room it was such a high odor of smoke, I have asthma I have a hard time breathing in such a high odor, I called the front desk and they change my room

I felt like the front door was a lil unsafe because of the lock it was about 5 different holes 1 that really bothered me was under the sink made me think rats or any kind of rodents could come in three that hole. Only 2 pillows on the bed I wouldn’t go back!!!!!
