The room was dirty, hair all over the room and bathroom, couldn't have been cleaned prior, there was no trash can at all, there was no remote, we had to request one and go to the front desk to get one, the room smelled like smoke and the heater made loud noises all night.

I recently booked a stay at this property through *******. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from the moment I arrived.
Even though I had a valid receipt number and completed the pre-arrival check-in, the front desk informed me they could not find my reservation. As a result, I was charged again on my debit card upon arrival, despite already having paid $89 through *******. The hotel charged me an additional $69, and I had to contact ******* to resolve the issue. Thankfully, ******* responded quickly to assist with the overcharge, though the refund is still pending.
After check-in, the problems continued. The room key did not work at first, which caused another delay. Once inside, the room was in poor condition, with a strong smell of smoke and an overall lack of cleanliness. The property did not match the standards I expect from Wyndham’s brand.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. While the staff did provide a room, the booking confusion, double charge, and poor room quality made for a very frustrating experience. Sometimes paying a little more is worth it for professionalism, cleanliness, and peace of mind.

登记就像进安检门一样,隔着玻璃说话。一进房间,立刻就闻到浓重的香烟味。咖啡机没咖啡,也没杯子。淋浴间没有香皂。一条毛巾。和网站上的图片不符。再也不住 Travelodge 了。特大床,两个枕头。
酒店破旧不堪,脏乱不堪,看起来非常不安全。开车绕着酒店转了一圈,发现周围似乎有很多过路的客人在闲逛!我把这些情况报告给了*******,并在附近预订了另一家酒店,结果酒店却拒绝退款。我们根本没入住,也没下过车。
Prismar 的房间又脏又臭。入住时经理告诉我,既然他们不收押金,房间就乱糟糟的。他们应该把钱付给住在那里的客人。
