Water leak in the ceiling from the room above. Dripped all night and woke up to a soaked puddle of water in the room.

The hotel says no smoking but our room smell like cigarettes and aches it was so bad , room services didn’t went at all had to but a broom to clean since I have little ones and bags for the trash

到了前台，我感觉自己好像置身于一个派对。
前台的那个人，我不知道他是在看手机，还是在进行三方通话。
不管怎样，就算有客人来了，他也没停下来！
太不专业了！
没有提供早餐信息，也没有告知退房时间等等，最后给了我房间钥匙，然后他说：“老板，你可以走了。”
我注意到一个告示，说有些房间热水供应有问题，建议入住前先放水25-30分钟。
我一直以为水很珍贵，尤其是在阳光之州🤷🏼♂️
所以昨晚我又住了一晚，这家酒店比较老旧。
虽然看起来很干净，但确实比较陈旧，请看照片。
一切都非常好，我 100% 推荐它。
