They made me give them an extra $100 for insurance. This fee wasn't disclosed when i booked the room. Although it was returned a day after check out it felt very unprofessional

Seen 2 baby roaches the moment I walked in. Bedding wasn't changed from the previous guest, there were hairs all over the sheets and the shower wasn't throughly clean. Front desk was always really nice and helpful. Breakfast was very limited to waffles and cereal. No coffee machine in the room and no coffee offered at breakfast.

It’s clean and the smell of clorox was very strong but the cockroaches on the 3rd floor.

广告上说厨房设备齐全，但盘子、玻璃杯、餐具和其他厨房必需品却空空如也。酒店声称包含早餐，但实际上只有几片。酒店甚至连制冰机都没有。
没有餐具，没有锅碗瓢盆。要了熨斗却没收到，房间里的电话也打不通，他们说会修，结果也没修好。
设施不错，看起来也不旧，但早餐应该有鸡蛋。只有麦片、华夫饼、贝果和牛奶。房间不太干净。不过就价格而言，还不错。
