The window had large hand-prints on it. There was dust/dirt clearly visible between the furniture and the wall. The bath fixtures had rust stains and there were no forks for breakfast. Upon checking in, I asked for the location of a nearby package store. The clerk didn't know of one and said she was underage. I considered it a dumb response since I didn't ask her if she consumed alcoholic beverages, just merely if she had observed a package store in the area. There were two within a quarter of a mile from where she was standing. There was no other assistance from her. The TV card of channels in the room didn't match ANY station received by the TV. I called the front desk and asked for a relevant listing and she told me that I needed to contact the TV installers as she had none of that info. Upon checking out, I was told that I could not get a receipt. The is the worst service I can ever remember having at any hotel. I usually like Comfort Suites, but I will not stay there again.

Room could be have been cleaner they definitely didn't sweep or vacuum and i had to go out to walmart and buy a broom myself. It said i can request housekeeping everyday i would just have to call and let them know but whoever i talked to told me i couldn't get it everyday. The sheets on the first day had stains and i had to request new ones and there was a roach in the bathroom overall expected better.

Staff were pleasant, especially Ms. Molly! She made us feel very welcomed every morning. The key to room was the only issue we had. Both times we returned for the night, the keys didn’t work. The breakfast option was pretty good too.

The hotel was clean inside and out. Some of the issues include one elevator out of service, the room door locks are difficult, had to get new keys cards twice before I could get into the room.
Staff refused to give me a message from my spouse because my spouse did not know the room number and cell phone service with Verizon was out. All they had to do was lookup the room number by name a slip a note under the door or take a message and hold it at the front desk. Not very good customer service.
