The breakfast area was clean.There was no milk for cereal provided. No other choices available. It looked like everything was already gone. We had no breakfast.

We were disappointed in cost at about $200 a night but we’re hoping for a good night sleep and hot breakfast when we booked! When we got here Found beds comfy, room smelled good, price dropped, pool was closed. No other amenities, shower doesn’t drain, Bathroom commode / toilet in separate room and is very crowded with shower. And the worst breakfast ends at 9am and not Hot - it’s grab and go donuts and coffee. We could have stayed elsewhere for less with a lot more to do and hot breakfast!

We only advertise for continental breakfast from 6.00am to 9.00am. When you came looking for breakfast after 10.00am we did not have anything left except for Donuts which was given to you. The room price reflects the town events and Phog night demands and am sure you chose the cheapest stay in town as we all monitor the price online. Lobby smelled awful. Dark and dank. Breakfast was stale old pre packaged muffins. Breakfast area was dark. Light fixtures falling off the wall in room. Hair dryer didn't work, no iron, and tub bottom was super slippery.
Room had connecting door to other room but didn't sound like a double door. Could hear every word from people on room next door. Didn't feel safe and ended up changing hotels.

We have addressed your complaint about the next-door noise by speaking with the occupant, and the issue has been resolved. Regarding security, we have never had any issues at our motel, and we maintain 24/7 monitoring with security cameras for your peace of mind.
