We did not have a coffe maker in our room we asked for it a couple of times. We also did not receive clean towels daily. The pool has been down since July so we could not access that and other people staying there were loud and disrespectful

We were able to check in a little early so that was a plus. Soda machine on the 3rd floor had warm soda. Ice machine did not work. Light bulb out in bathroom. Staff was nice.

It was an average stay, but I had a cockroach in my bath towel when I pulled it out to use.

房间还是挺大的，也没有异味，本来可以放两张床的，放了两个沙发，床很大，睡着比较舒服，早餐也不错，好评！
客户服务很棒。前台的那位年轻女士服务周到，我们迫不及待想再来。位置也挺好的。
