I normally have a good visit, but this time not so much.
I advised the service desk that my room had no TV service and this matter was not addressed nor did I have housekeeping my whole stay of 5days.

You could tell if they were trying to renovate the property. The carpets were filthy. The floor is even in the room were dirty. I spilled some water on the floor. I grabbed a hand towel to clean it up and the white towel was brown from the dirt on the floor. Ask for the room to be cleaned and afterwards the floor was still dirty. There was also a missing smoke detector. I reported it twice to the desk and it still had not been replaced before I left the hotel.
The clerks and Front Desk personnel were very polite.

No elevator. Would have to carry bags up the steps but finally the filled up first floor suddenly had a room available. Room was clean but the heating cooling really didn’t put out enough cool air. Waffles and bagels and cold cereal only offered.

Bad bad bad
Some of the lights were not working. There were no clean towels and rags. I had to wait an hour after check in. The TV wasn’t working. Had to wait for that to get fixed. Floor caved in by the wall. Floor had hair leaves dirt etc as if it had not even been swept. Parking was convenient. They supply shampoo conditioner and lotion but no kind of soap available in the entire hotel. They only have 1 house keeper.

Clean, comfortable and adequate
The room was comfortable, clean, large enough, with enough towels, though we asked for more and got them easily; the service was friendly and the breakfast was adequate. We enjoyed our stay and would go back, but the bathroom sink faucet was loose and would turn when turning it on/off.

Bad example
No iron or ironing board. When I went to the front desk and asked for them they gave me an iron and said they don't have ironing boards. Lol
No coffee maker in room and went down to the lobby early morning they had no coffee brewing. I was told it would be thirty minutes before they have it.
Bathtub was very slippery with nothing to hold on to. Why?
Hotel was very noisy. Will never stay there again. Housekeeper was doing her best.

Okay Stay for a Night.
The location was decent and outside of the property seemed okay. However, for the price, the cleanliness was not up to par. You can tell the floors were not swept and mopped during the room turnover. The mirror in the bathroom was not fully cleaned. You can see when the mirror fogged up exactly what was and was not wiped. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean (over bleached if you ask). The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling, the vent cover in the bathroom was missing & the fan had caked on dust. If you have respiratory issue's, I would not stay here. I also noticed staying in the room, I was short of breath but when I left, I felt normal. Lastly, the walls and ceilings are very thin. You can literally hear everything going on in the next room and above your head. If you need a quick overnight trip and need to stay here, then keep your stay short and sweet or simply choose another hotel.
