I rented a jetted tub room, to find out the jets didn't work. We reported to manager as we were stepping out, they went into room, ran water in tub, left water in tub and when i returned, it still didnt work. There was no note ledt at frint deak, noone said lets change your room. It was very unprofessional to say the least and waant compensated for the inconvenience.

everything was great. It was a really good price for the cleanliness of the place. The staff was nice. The floors seem like they're probably a bit dirty in the rugs, not because I could see the dirt, but just because it seems like the rugs were worn more than other hotelsbut the rest of the room was better than expected.

My first experience was with the desk manager, Larry. He made it worth staying there. Great guy. Breakfast was not appetizing at all. No bananas and a little selection of fresh fruit. The hot Breakfast hat little to no flavor and the eggs were watery. Cereal was standard. I am not sure if things have changed with the room cleaning but no one ever checked on me to change my towles or get my trash. I had to give my trash to one of the maids. But Larry was amazing. Good job!!

Our stay in Lawrence was less than 24 hours so the hotel was literally a "crash pad". We had other business at the university so we were only there to sleep and checked out by 8:00 a.m. the next day. The first room we were given was a handicapped room, which we didn't need. It was large but full of dead flies so we asked to switched rooms. The desk staff rectified this very quickly and informed us that she and her manager were going to inspect that room right away.

Very friendly, helpful staff!! The room was clean & tidy. But, nothing fancy. Teenagers were all over the place for the state cross country meet. We never heard them in our room. Well behaved teens or good sound insulation?
