The lobby and room were clean and appeared to be recently updated in comparison to the outside appearance. Front desk staff wasn't overly attentive or inviting. Lots of options for breakfast and was easy to grab and go.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a KU football game and it was convenient from the campus, clean & the breakfast was the cleanest I’ve seen in comparison to any other hotel in years. We’ll be coming back for basketball games in the future.

Breakfast Staff Poor Customer Service
Breakfast staff was awful and should be fired! The staff would not allow me to get a muffin that was already out for grabs. We needed to leave the hotel before the 6am opening to take my wife to the hospital for surgery. The staff said 6 o’clock three times; I got the message loud and clear. I tried to explain but she didn’t want to hear it. She’s definitely not customer oriented, poor customer service!

Very quiet area. Andrew at the front desk was wonderful. Coffee in the lobby all evening. There are no restaurants in the area, so pre-plan where to eat.

Initial room smelled bad but they moved us to another room that was much better (after some pushback). Was disappointed with the quality of the breakfast…cold eggs, tater tots and sausage when it was fresh at 6am. Hotel was fine but nothing special. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and slept well!
