I travel for a living and in my 39 years of hotel stays this is one of the worst. Everyone woke up numerous times with itchy skin. Roaches scuttle when you turn on the bathroom light so we tried to sleep with it on. The smell of mold was rampant. How does this place pass inspection? The money you save staying here will be spent on bug bite relief medication.

All travelers beware! Howard Johnson By Wyndham Lake City is a ROACH MOTEL This is a RAOCH MOTEL. CREEPY CRAWLERS are everywhere. Finding the hotel was difficult as the direction were not clear. Checking in to the hotel was simple and the person did a good job (credit where credit is due). He was pleasant and quick on getting us registered. He gave me keys and explained really well where to park and hoe to get to the room. ROACH MOTEL. After that we went to the room. As we walked to the room, I see ceiling tiles leaning against the wall. Ther security system to get in the hallways was not operating. We opened the doors to the hallways with no keys. As we continue walking to the room, I see holes and stains in the walls and more ceiling tiles on the floor leaning against the walls. You can smell mold and humidity. As soon as we opened the door, we saw big roaches on the walls and the little roaches. I walked further in and looked behind the dresser and saw tiny roaches fleeing the area. I looked around my feet and saw tiny roaches running around. My wife went in the bathroom and walked out sacred of the bugs in the walls. We left the room and straight to the front desk. I told the clerk what was going on and that I was not going to stay there and wanted a refund. He just nodded and said I will refund you money, thank you. I am disappointed with the Wyndham brand.

The bathroom in this hotel was unpleasant, especially the tub and shower so much so that I decided against taking a shower while staying here. The hotel has a roach problem, especially in the bathroom. The property was under construction, so it is hard to know if this is part of what is being improved. An odd thing about this hotel is that some rooms numbered in the 100 range are on the second floor while some numbered in the 200 range are on the ground floor. This makes it hard to find your room and if you want a ground floor room be sure to ask if the 100 numbered room is really a ground floor room. The room had most of the amenities you would expect with the exception of a coffee maker. The pillows were a bit hard and flat.

If you’re accustomed to roaches then this is your spot. They will greet you at the entrance of the corridor, they will walk you to your room and may even come chill in your bathroom. Don’t use the shower though, only rust baths are available.

Staff was very nice and friendly, but location was out of date ,the bathrooms were full of mold, and they were roaches. Everywhere… also they have the smallest breakfast I’ve ever seen in my life. I didn’t even know they made bagels that small

The other room was like in the inside and the aspect of the entrance was horrible with a lot of trash by the door. Plus once I walked in the hallways they were dirty and clearly needs maintenance. Once I got to the door it reeked from smoke and the card key didn’t work. While we settled in we found a dirty sock, a handcuff and roaches. In the bathroom realized that the bathtub was not draining properly and the handle came completely off making it hard to adjust the temperature. Also realized one of the towel had a footprint, dirty walls and dirty floor in the room plus part of the bedding was dirty. Plus the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable for an adult. The springs are coming out.

My daughters cross country meet was down the road and all other rooms in the area were booked. We figured as Wyndham property this would be ok. We were not pleased. Bugs on the floor, black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, areas where mold was painted over, poor maintenance and just overall lack of any quality here. We should have opted to sleep in the car...

Most of the staff was very friendly. For having a hot breakfast, I'd say not. The only choices at 730am, were cold cereal, toast, bagels, instant oatmeal or waffles. Had to ask if any fruit or other hot items. Was offered an apple or banana. They said no meat items were served there. The hotel is in the process of getting a makeover. So lots of worker's were around. In my room, The toilet ran constantly, did see 1 roach in the bathroom. But the room was clean, smelt good.

Awful. Just awful especially for what we paid. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this place. Called for a different hotel and Wyndham put us here. Didn't have time to check ratings. Welcomed by roaches. They tried renovating but failed. No cups. Two towels. Pillows hard as a rock. Had to check beds for bugs. Mold, a lot of mold, under the sink. Floor was so dirty for a clean room. Tub drain cracked. We traveled with kids and just needed sleep to continue on. Could not sleep worrying about bugs. What breakfast? Saddest breakfast if you can call it that.

酒店回复: Dear Guest, I am sorry to hear of your experience. I will investigate and address these issues immediately. Please allow me to offer my sincere apologies for any distress this may have caused you. Sincerely, Hotel Manager
早上总是被吵闹的声音吵醒……从地理位置来看,酒店还是不错的。
