The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and responded to our request with urgency. The pool was clean and warm. Our kids enjoyed their time swimming. On our next visit, we will definitely consider going back.

Something about the front desk employees the younger gentleman was very helpful and nice but I received what I believe to a stereotyped and biased environment I walked through the doors and was followed down the hallway because I didn't look like I had a room.(not by the younger gentleman it was an older man)

The room was cozy but i didn't really get proper sleep from all the question asking. I was also told not to put my fur coat on the bedding ??? Hmm, ok. I was totally agrred with rthat. I did not like being asked, "which room am I occupying," each time I was seen (which was a total of three times). Is it protocol to ask guests, "which room are they in?" I've never been asked that so I ask, "do you deliver room service?" The answer was no. I made a couple purchases from the counter twice later on that day and also the next morning after having breakfast, I was asked a third time. Did not want to assume but icąrry! It's too many people going missing and you just have to stay ready for whatever. People just be careful.
