On the day of check in, the front desk was a little sour and short with me. Perhaps she wasn’t happy working Thanksgiving. But all other staff members that I encountered after that were wonderful. Environment was super quiet and the beds were heavenly after a long drive. The hot shower felt great on the cold days.

Room was filthy, bathroom was dirty. Was there for 3 nights and room was not cleaned once. Room was dirty when we got there & remained dirty the whole stay, phones not working -could not even call front desk.

Staff great. Room clean. Maid service the friendliest as well as the bartender

I was there with 2 little boys and they were kind and patient. I left an envelope with cash and a check in my room and they actually returned it all much to my relief!!

Staff and room great. Left my dress shirt home and came for a funeral. Front desk guy found me a store close by at 8am to find a shirt.

Best value stay this year?

My stay was okay. The room was cleaned, but the bathroom shower leaked everywhere. There was also evidence of water damage in the room because of it ( bubbling paint, missing caulk etc). The front desk staff was okay. The bartender was very friendly. My room was a good size. The hallways also smelled like mildew.

Hotel was fine, but they originally put me in a king, then I had to go back down and remind them I booked two queens on an upper floor. They overbooked, so I had to stay in a handicap accessible with two queens on the first floor by the loud bar area. Sink drain didn’t work properly. Completely unacceptable altogether.

Downhill

Condition of hotel has declined severely over the years. Along with the atmosphere.

Front desk check in and check out people wete kind. Front desk lady Kee (sp?) Was the most rude staff nember I've seen there in years. Her customer service skills are zero.
