Have stayed here multiple times. I’ve always had a 5 star experience. This time was not the case. Toilet had no water to it, shower felt like it never got above 35 degrees. Heater which will usually bake you out of a room, was set at 78 degrees and still had to sleep in clothes. And the kicker I stepped outside to adhere to no smoking policy( I vape)? And the door locks would not engage, when I went back in, so needless that was a nice 20 minutes outside using friction to engage door lock, it engaged. Please extended stay America do better

They keep booking the same room I already had that has not been cleaned for days after I left. Rebooked and the rooms still have the same trash and sheets on the bed. Same dirty towels and rags I have already used.

Yiry the Maintenance man, I hope I'm spelling. His name right was amazing. Also, miss toya Lady at the front desk. What above and beyond for our stay? We had a chair that was broken when we got there and instead of him come in to fix it. He brought us a brand new one.
They both always make me feel at home and i Love all this stuff. Love their grab and go.Breakfast is definitely worth every penny that you spend.

The room we had was non-smoking, but immediately upon entry, you could tell people would smoke in there. The table drawer had leftover **** and wrap residue. The kitchen cabinet door fell off the hinges when it was opened. The front door looked as if there had been forced entry before, wouldn't really shut until the door was locked and latched. Then I noticed small roaches..
Staff was welcoming and friendly. Location was convenient. Place was affordable and gave us shelter, so thank you for that.

This hotel was amazing. Love the grab and go breakfast. They had coffee for the adults.But I wish they had some type of juice boxes for the kids other than that was excellent.
It was honestly a great convenience for me to just go down to the office.Grab a few things and take back up to the room. While the kids got ready Staff is.

I would not stay there again. The room was very dirty and had an awful smell that wouldn’t go away. The AC leaked, the appliances were old and unmaintained, the walls had filth all over them that I cleaned off myself. Worst of all, the first morning we were there I saw a cockroach run across the floor! When we came to check in no one was at the front desk and the manager or supervisor walked in at the same time as us and didn’t assist us. They then had someone else come to the front but continued to have a conversation with them before they assisted us. At check out the girl was nice but we had to wait for quite a while to check out while we were in a hurry because our pet was in the car (The person they were talking to was a staff member). The laundry facilities are expensive. Most of the dryers are out of order. You also have to walk pretty far (outside) to get to them. The vending machines weren’t stocked. They are pet friendly but we had to pay $115 in pet fees for 4 nights. Then our neighbors car alarm went off almost the entire first night and multiple times after that. The first night the cops were there. One of the nights the neighbors were screaming at each other and I could hear it through the wall. I felt extremely uncomfortable while I was there. If I had known how bad it was then I would have just paid more to stay somewhere else. I have worked at the front desk and as a housekeeper at a hotel so I know that this is absolutely unacceptable and low standards!

This was not an extended stay from where I’m from this was more like motel 8. Property needs upgrade my sink pipe had a hole in it and had been that way for some time . Like go get some gorilla glue if you want to take care of the property. Staff was awesome but not the extended stay I’m used too
