The Front Desk ladies were excellent!!! I was there from Tues. Sept. 30th to Sat. Oct. 4th. When I come back to Chesapeake, VA, I will definitely stay here at Comfort Suites!!!

Definitely would visit again
The room was exactly as pictured, clean, and perfect. Downstairs there was a gym, some emergency items for purchase, and a business center. Everything looked good and was comfortable.

Pool was close the three days we stay. The shower glass door needed action it would not close correctly allowing water to exit on to floor.

I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites the breakfast choices were delicious and the room was immaculate.

It is the best comfort suites property we have ever stayed at. I appreciated the quick check in with Mya, the awesome interactions with all the housekeeping. We will highly recommend this hotel to all of our cruising friends leaving from Norfolk!

This property is exceptionally nice. I am 78 and one of your staff member, Judy, was extremely helpful at check-in and also in helping with my bags and seeing me to my room. She made sure that everything in the room was just as I needed, especially the walk-in shower. It’s wonderful to have staff people who care about your guests and identify those with needs. Thank you for that.
我们非常喜欢在舒适套房酒店的住宿体验！我们的房间很宽敞、干净，有一张舒适的特大号床！看起来是新装修过的。泳池也很干净、水温适中。尽管建筑外观有点旧，但维护得很好，而且位于一个安全的区域，周围设施也很齐全。有很多餐厅可供选择，开车去弗吉尼亚海滩也不算太远！
一进门前台就热情接待了我。入住手续办理得很顺利也很迅速。唯一的问题是地板上有一只死甲虫。早餐很棒，用餐区也很好。
位置很好，附近有商场、餐厅和商店，去哪里都很方便。
