My husband was in the ER the night before our reservation. I called to cancel - from the ER - 2 min after 4:00 (I thought the cutoff was 6 pm...which it was for the previous reservation), and was unable to receive the free cancellation. So, in addition to the trauma of the medical emergency, I had to pay the full fee of the hotel. Very disappointing.

The staff showed warm attention from the moment I arrived. The room felt clean with modern touches that created a calm space. The breakfast came with fresh options for my whole family! The location offered quick access to shops and restaurants. The stay delivered steady comfort and good value.

Overall it was a great stay for the short time we were there. I definitely will stay there again when I am in the area. Room was neat, comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection was great. Staff was friendly.

In general a nice hotel, but the check in was horrible.
They questioned both my Visa AND Mastercard (which ofcourse both has worldwide coverage), claiming that i as a tourist, was suppose to have them issued from an american bank.
Before at last accepting them, after a long discussion.
NEVER tried that before.

I very seldom give a 5-star rating, because I want to save them for exceptional reviews. This is one! I'm a budget conscious business traveler, with 2 - 3 stays a month. The quality of the properties I chose often vary wildly. This Comfort Inn was comfortable, clean & quiet. The room was modern and nicely appointed and the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay again and may seek other Comfort Inn properties, when traveling.

The only reason I’m giving this a 4 and not a 5 is because the bathroom floor had hair on it. But besides that the room, towels and sheets were spotless. It was spacious and the receptionist super friendly allowing for early check in with out additional fees like some of the other hotels were requesting.
我们非常喜欢在舒适套房酒店的住宿体验！我们的房间很宽敞、干净，有一张舒适的特大号床！看起来是新装修过的。泳池也很干净、水温适中。尽管建筑外观有点旧，但维护得很好，而且位于一个安全的区域，周围设施也很齐全。有很多餐厅可供选择，开车去弗吉尼亚海滩也不算太远！
一进门前台就热情接待了我。入住手续办理得很顺利也很迅速。唯一的问题是地板上有一只死甲虫。早餐很棒，用餐区也很好。
位置很好，附近有商场、餐厅和商店，去哪里都很方便。
