Room was clean, staff was super friendly and accommodating. I got good sleep. The hotel was pretty quiet inside and out.

Breakfast was good and option to juice and coffee available. Unfortunately at this visit the elevator was out of service, fortunately I was able to get a first floor room. The rates were too much compared to other places several miles away. Just priced during the week of University homecoming.

Elevator was down, without repair in sight for 3-5 weeks, as per front desk. Staff graciously placed me on the lowest available floor (second) since I am 73 yo. The stairwell was in much need of cleaning. Old dried coffee stains, etc on every step and landing. Breakfast offering was limited and packaged pastries were stale. I would not stay there again, especially since the bill totaled more than $160.

The room had only the desk chair to sit! There were 2 of us. I complained to front desk..every room should have at least 2 chair. She offered no solution, then said she could refund my money and I could go somewhere else. I just looked at her. She then said ahe could find me one more. She did so. This is ridiculous. At some point she said they were renovating and didnt have all of their furniture

这家酒店真的很一般。我们入住后打开房间的水龙头,水散发出难闻的臭味,就像未经处理的污水一样。幸好过了一会儿就没了。床也很普通。空调机组一直在漏水,可能是楼上漏下来的,结果吵了一整晚,这简直不能接受。早餐还不错,负责餐食区域的工作人员人很好。但是,有一位金发前台员工来到早餐区给自己倒咖啡,当她看到我看着她时,她狠狠地瞪了我一眼。我弟弟路过的时候,她也对他做了同样的举动。这种行为同样令人无法接受。我绝对不会再住这家酒店了。
员工很友善,乐于助人。早餐是全套的,而且很新鲜。酒店位置很方便,离我们办事的地方很近。前台每天都有新鲜出炉的饼干。我最喜欢皇家酒店!入住和退房手续都很顺利!
一切都超级干净整洁,太棒了!!员工也非常亲切。下次还会选择住在这里。
电梯坏了,冰箱里有一瓶打开的可乐,我要求他们在退房前一小时内打扫房间,但他们没有来,房间里没有润肤露,房卡也出了好几次故障。不过,工作人员非常非常友好。
泳池脏兮兮的
大家都很友好。总的来说,这是一家不错的酒店,但是泳池里脏兮兮的,我都不想游泳了。太恶心了。否则我还会再来的。
