Room was clean - shower was leaking, had to put towels on the floor so we didn't step into a big puddle getting out. Shower also needed some repair - cracked tiles.
Breakfast was sub par. Not many options. They offered muffins but no indication of what kind they were. Other than that it was toast, bagels, waffles, cereal and yogurt. Overheard another client complaining of the milk being sour.
Pool was small, hot tub water was merky so didnt bother.
Check in and out process was smooth. No real issues.

Parking was easy, the room was very small. The furniture was worn out and showed visible signs of needing an upgrade. The bed was comfortable but was more of a full size than a queen. First floor was noisy and could hear every sound in the rooms around us. Even with the TV on.

The room was dirty and smelly. And they declined a refund. Your site should not advertise this property. Everything was stained. Disgusting!

First arrived found roaches notified front desk they did spray the next day. We had to ask daily for toilet paper our shampoo were never filled for entire stay and found nasty bloodly underwear in the bathroom under the sink. Breakfast was very limited no eggs or bacon or potatoes. Probably not going to stay there again when we visit virginia.

Staff was nice, hotel needs to be updated! There was a stench on the hallway that would not go away. There was also a stench in the room ( could have been from the hallway). Also if the air was not on I would wake up coughing and with dry mouth.

Newly renovated, actually surprised me and was more comfortable and in better condition than I expected honestly. Staff was friendly and made sure I had everything needed. Place was very quite and peaceful. No complaints for the value, nice place.
