I had a great stay thankful to Eugene who made sure I had adequate accommodations for an elderly person. My only concern was having a door with 2 peep holes which I covered with tissues but was something unusual. I &am a regular at all Hilton properties throughout.

I stayed in room 330 and i always heard someone in the hall. That being said the staff was excellent everyone was very nice.

Great staff. Rooms are perfect. Area central to most attractions. Great restaurants and shipping close by.

I enjoyed the easy vheck in and out, the great, friendly staff, a decent breakfast, and a super comfy bed!
Our second night was very noisy, slamming of doors and a noisy AC, did not get much rest the second night.

Once we checked into the room we notice the bed was broken, we tried to call guest services from the room but the phone wasnt working so we had to go downstairs to inform them. The front desk employee stated that maintenance was on break but as soon as they got back she would send them up to check out the bed....well its no fixing that bed just give us another room. After explaining that to the front desk employee they decide they would give us another room. After finally settling in after a long drive my family is exhausted so we go to bed only to keep waking up hot we didnt have access to control the air conditioning, it kept cutting on and off all night. We couldnt wait for morning to get here, at check out we explained about the air and the front desk employee said she will see if her manager can give us some points back...ma'am I don't want points back I want a discount on this room! But nothing as of yet....

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of options. The room was nice, but had no real closet. There was no laundry bag in the room. Every thing worked in the room.

Adequate for a short stay
This is not the best Hampton Inn I've stayed in but it was clean and adequate. The staff was welcoming, efficient and helpful. The room was comfortable but didn't have all of the toiletries I have gotten at other locations. The only snacks available were from a vending machine. It would have been nice to have some snacks available for purchase in the lobby. Breakfast was nice but a little lacking in pastries, fruit and yogurt. It was fine for one night but I just didn't feel as comfortable here as I have in other Hampton Inns.

Very clean but very very noisy from the traffic all night. We had to leave a day early because we were called home on an emergency.
