Great for an overnight stay. Very clean. Fridge not working and smoke detector was chirping loudly. Smoke detector noise was stopped.

The staff was truly amazing and helpful and the beds were so comfortable. But the shower needs a little bit of care.

Beds were hard, every surface had some sort of sticky residue on it, the bathroom door wouldn’t latch closed, the air conditioner put off an awful Freon smell. The room couldn’t accommodate all 5 of us so we had to have a child sleep on the floor for a night before we switched hotels. Our stay began at 3pm and we left by 8am the following morning we were supposed to stay for 3 nights.
Also, the “free breakfast” is 2 cereal options next to the front desk with a coffee pot that’s seen better days. And they have a stocked drink cooler but everything costs a dollar more then it does at a typical gas station (a small can of Dr Pepper was $3, can from the store are at most $1.50)
I’m currently waiting on my refund for the nights we didn’t stay

For the under $100 a night rooms this was on par. Beds were clean and had plenty of pillows/sheets. Bathroom was semi-updated (newer sink) but toilet (older and very low) and shower tub need some tlc. Ac unit was either broken or locked as cool temp could not be adjusted from 74 degrees or heat from 68 degrees. Drapes did not fully close so a towel was used to block out the bright outside lighting. Outside of building was well lit - security cameras were plentiful. Parking lot was flooded due to recent rains but was drained by morning. Washer and dryer onsite work well. Ice machine was in an outside (covered) area and was dispensing but I was unsure on cleanliness (mold/dirt) due to it being in an uncontrolled temperature environment and exposed to prevailing winds. Area around hotel is not fantastic with closed businesses and overgrown properties. It was noticed that possible long term stays were placed into the back of the property and had a lot of loitering occurring.
