Stay was wonderful. Rooms were very clean. No strange smells. Staff was very polite and welcoming. The only negative I would say (personally because people were throwing down) was that the breakfast was not good at all.

Room was ok. Twin bed rooms have full size beds, not queen. Bedding was clean, carpet looked recent although there was a lot of white hair on it. Bathroom was clean and towels were clean. We found some blood stains on the headboard and spme pf the bed switches.

Big improvement from the prior time we were there. Staff was a lot nicer and professional. The only downside was the issue I had wth the bathroom when the facet broke down. The chair was also broken.

我住了五天。10月29日星期三，我住在305房间，这个房间没有通往阳台的推拉门。星期四晚上回来的时候，我跟前台说想换个带阳台的房间，她给我安排了308房间。那天晚上我准备睡觉的时候，掀开被子一看，发现那张特大号床的床垫凹陷得很厉害，非常明显！当时我太累了，就没再要求换房间。
星期五早上，大概五点左右，我急着去和朋友一起钓鱼，所以没跟夜班前台提这件事。星期五晚上我没在酒店睡，因为我住在阿拉纳斯山口的一家酒店，准备星期六早上去钓鱼。周六很晚才到，非常累，实在不想再收拾行李去换房间了。周日一大早就去看德州人队的橄榄球赛，所以只剩最后一晚的行程，就没再换房间了。
至于换房间的事，我完全承担责任。
问题是，为什么308房间的床垫这么差？你们难道不检查床垫吗？这种质量问题竟然还要向客人收费，简直不可理喻！而且你们的餐厅也关门了！！基思·梅茨纳
