had to get help because the freezer was frozen shut and I needed to put my ice packs in there. The TV only had three or four stations. they said they'd been having problems with it. there was no coffee in the room or tea the Wi-Fi was spotty. there were tons of stains all over the carpet inside the hotel room and going up the stairs which was really gross. the breakfast was definitely substandard. there was hardly anything hot at all. there was no protein to eat and the bread was stale. The girl behind the desk was pretty cool and very helpful. none of this was her fault. I felt sorry for her. I will never stay here again

The location and pool were the biggest pluses for us. The breakfast could have had more substance. Parking was good. It might be time to replace the 1970’s carpet.

The room is immaculate. Staff was very helpful especially to the twin brothers who were the Valet who helped with my trailer. Getting there was a bit irritating because for some reason google maps directed me through the rear of the hotel, and the parking getting in front of the valet was sort of congested at that time. The pool was unfortunately under renovation and unavailable, so that’s one thing too. The location is conveniently located around 5-8 mins to Topanga Valley, which have it all! Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

Next door there were dogs in the room that we could hear moving around and they barked in the middle of the night. I checked in and got to our room, the room hadn't even been cleaned yet.

The room wasn't very clean. The hallways stink real bad. All the carpets throughout the whole facility were staying making the atmosphere of the facility cleanliness was not that good at all The spa was over chlorinated the coating around the spa was not properly coated the gym was not accessible. Had paper taped up in the windows. There wasn't a vent on the outside of the air handling unit within the pool area. The breakfast was not very good for complimentary breakfast but at least they did have coffee. Overall I won't be staying there again
