The Baymont has become our family's go to stop/stay on our way to Oregon. We've come to expect clean rooms and great service. Our last stay fell a little short only because our cable had been disconnected, maybe by the previous guest, and when we asked the front desk about our TV not working we were instructed to wait it out as it was most likely due to the weather. We were too tired to really put more energy into it. In the morning, we took it upon ourselves to check the connections behind the TV and found the cable disconnected. We reconnected and issue resolved! Other than this small TV issue, I would still recommend staying here to anyone traveling.

It was only good enough. Stained carpets in the halls, old bathrooms. Charged double for our pet and had to ask for that to be changed.

Room was clean and well set up. Liked the tv. Staff was top notch too. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool, although the jets in the tub could have been a bit stronger for my taste. The only room deficiency was the lack of counter space for my standard size shaving kit. Will stay again!

Bed good. Shower looked good, no am hot water, couldnt shower. Exercise room advertised, not available. Vending out of order. Entry stairs filthy, looked uncleanable. Breakfast a joke: waffle,sugar cold cereal

Friendly staff, hotel needs maintenance
We had quite the experience at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the smell inside was extremely strong (I don't do well with strong scents). I saw reviews saying it had been remodeled recently, but the wallpaper was peeling, the toilet was wobbly, there was a big hole in the carpet, and to top it all off, the drain fell out of the sink. I do want to add in that the receptionist was quick to call the maintenance person and then get us a new room once they found out it couldn't be fixed right away, so we appreciated that! Overall it was a very interesting experience!

Hot tub was broken so they upgraded one of our rooms to a jacuzzi room. All of the staff were great. Owner Sammy is a fantastic guy, very pleasant and friendly. Parking was fine and the area was covered by security cameras. Rooms were clean and satisfactory.
