They gave ny reserve4 room away. Then put in another that I had to pay extra for. Then I was sent to 3 different rooms that someone else was already staying in. It took over an hour to finally be put in a room. It wa horrible.

The room was decent. The pool and sauna was great my kids, husband and I really enjoyed that. What stood out at this hotel was the friendly and helpful front desk.Kimberly was very accommodating to us.KIMBERLY

Y’all, let’s be real. First let me preface this by saying there is definitely two nice staff members there. However, this hotel(motel) is the bottom of the barrel. There’s no nice way to put it. One of the all time nastiest I’ve seen, and we have to hotel 35-45 weekends per year. If there’s a single positive review left, I’d almost guarantee it’s a paid bot. I’ve got pics from 3 different rooms. From completely stained carpets (entire building), to stained bed covers, cheap dollar general brand sheet thrown over a blood stained couch, holes in wall, floor falling through with tile missing, bugs everywhere, …there’s no cleaning not possibly even remodeling the will fix it, really needs to be leveled. Believe this review, do not stay here and expect it to be any better.

Staff was amazing helpful and polite.
Room left much to be desired. Bathroom had metal toilet paper holders that were rusted , no anti slip strips in tub. Upon check in found soap scum on shelf in shower and dried paper stuck to it. Only ice machine was on first floor only vending machine was on second floor.

The hotel was overbooked and they gave us Room 231 which the door didn’t lock. We notified the clerk on duty, he promised to give us 40% off the room and promised that maintenance will come and fix the door. We had to put a rolling chair underneath the door. The next day a very young clerk promised me that he would forward our concern to management which he didn’t, he said no discount would be provided since we went through a 3rd party. No accommodations at all and my family, friends, travel teams, coaches and other associates will not stay at this hotel EVER.

The floor in the room was not clean, the bathroom needed work. The shower curtain had stains on it, the trim and general condition of cabinets and room were just not kept up. The a/c unit did not blow very hard and took a long time to cool the room down. Overall the place could be nice if they fixed it up, but as it stands now it needs work.

The pool was not in service, even though that was not listed. The room was dirty and the lock didnt work. The bed was broken and dipped in the middle. Someone was stomping around on the top floor for half the night. Breakfast was ok...but 2 of the juices were out of order.
