The pool was not in service, even though that was not listed. The room was dirty and the lock didnt work. The bed was broken and dipped in the middle. Someone was stomping around on the top floor for half the night. Breakfast was ok...but 2 of the juices were out of order.

The whole place was dirty. Our room smelled. The morning staff at check did not acknowledge me as I waited for her to finish with the gentleman in front of me. Not the best experience. I will not stay there again or recommend that location.

Check-in was awkward, only one staff member available and too many customers. The keys didn’t unlock the room door, eventually had to wait to get a different room. Took 30 minutes (after initial check-in) to finally get into a room.

Professional and Helpful

The manager at this location was very professional. We arrived before check-in and was not feeling well. She explained that we could not check-in early due to the staff trying to prepare the rooms. There was a volleyball tournament. As soon as the staff finished cleaning she allowed us to check in.

The pool was closed, the hot tub that was advertised in the pictures isnt there, as well as the sauna. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. The bed was comfortable.

The carpet on each floors really need to be heavy clean or replaced. The staff is truly wonderful all of them.The breakfast is alway very good. However, I go to work at 3:00am there is never any coffee out.

Room was not clean and sheets were stained or dirty. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever tried to sleep on. The entire property is very rundown. The pool was out of order. I complained that the bathroom light was not working and they came to fix it and found out the bulb was not in the socket. So that means someone had removed the lightbulb, but never replaced it. I would not recommend this hotel at all, but there were no other hotels in the area available so I ended up needing to stay overnight. Breakfast was not as good as it typically is at hotels. Very disappointed in my stay.

The room was dirty, the couch was disgusting with huge stains. I had to ask to have my room changed. The next couch had a seat cover over it. The bathroom tub and toilet was disgusting and half cleaned. The tub was old and rusty and looked as if it would fall in any minute. I bought cleaning supplies and linen and cleaned and covered things to be able to get through my 2 nights there.
