Based on the photos the hotel and rooms look great. Upon arrival, we were greeted with cockroaches on the walls and floor. I have never felt so nasty walking into a hotel in my life. I have been an ******* member for many years so I really hope they make this right ! My family had to drive further to find a decent hotel.

This hotel was very clean, beds were comfy and staff was very helpful. If you are looking for a swanky place look elsewhere. If you are looking for a clean room, clean well taken care of furnishings and everything works it is the place! Everyone was great! Thank you for a great 2 day stay.

Very nice lady at check in, even though I didn’t check in till 8:30. Sometimes service can be hit and miss when you check in late, but not the case here. She even offered me my choice of rooms since the only king rooms were upstairs.
You do have to walk up a flight of stairs and there are no elevators, for those w mobility issues. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Someone had changed the input on the tv so it took me a while to get it working, but once I figured it out, it was fine. Breakfast was continental, only microwave sausage biscuits and oatmeal, pastries, etc.
Overall though I was happy.

The door didn’t secure to the room checked into, so they gave us another room where the floor wasn’t clean and the room had an odor. You get what you pay for.
