Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than most. It was a great deal for the price.

The staff was great, the food was better than expected, the rates were the best im Port Huron and the pool was warm all in all i recommend the hotel regardless of price .

Room was clean and warm when we arrived. The pool was nice for the kids and water temperature was good. Friendly staff.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was great. The whole hotel was very clean. The only negative thing was the mattress was very uncomfortable. We have stayed there a few times in different rooms and all the beds were very uncomfortable. Staff is excellent.

If I could I would give this place a - 100. I have been traveling every few months for work and have been staying in a lot of hotels but nothing as terrible as this. There are bed bugs in the bed and when I showed the receptionist she said I'm sorry but they couldn't accommodate me anywhere else. Mind you I was there for 4 days and the 2nd day when I returned from work the smell on Weadwas so bad and nobody ever answered the front desk to report it. Now I left at 11 pm on Thursday due to being bitten by bigs that I took pictures of. This place needs to be close or at least the health department needs to inspected. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I am still waiting for "Heaven" I guess is the manager for my refund. I was bitten on my arms and face. This is unacceptable.

Although the hotel was clean and the lady that checked is in was amazing, the rest of the stay was horrible. Children running the halls, playing hockey and adults drinking until well after midnight and then again very loud at 5:30 on the morning. One of our beds had a creak noise every time someone moved. We asked about it and were told there was nothing they could do. It was just the way the bed was. My kid ended up sleeping on the floor between the wall and bed. The breakfast staff was very ride. They ran out of forks and spoons, we were told the manager was going to get some. I asked if they could enlxyend breakfast just a few mins so those of us waiting for silverware could eat, the lady very sternly replied "no' with an eye roll and walked away. My children made do but the poor older lady seemed very upset and did not eat. I'm sure she didn't want to eat scrambled eggs or cereal with her bare hands. We were there for our daughters wedding and our stayed made it very stressful with little sleep.
