Asked for extra and they didn't have any. Ceiling was leaking in is. Changed rooms the AC was not working right, no balcony. Staff at the front desk were polite and tried to be helpful.

Neglected room is understatement. As soon as you walk in the door there is a broken bar pipe of sort , one small one large. Blood splatters on ceiling in 2 areas near one another. Then more blood on bottom of bathroom door plus door is broken off hinges. Also large spider by open closet front door, along with some mouse droppings in the toilet. We'll at least the mouse tried to keep clean. I'm disabled so called front desk explained to clerk what we witnesses and he stated he would be down. Just nearing 30 min still had not come down. We had begun loading our suv back up knowing we would not stay in that room. Finally 40 min have gone by we decide to go up see the clerk. Upon entering office with said broken pipes I brought in for clerk to see along with pics date and time stamped. He was on personal cell phone speaking with someone for a minute saying things like I'll be home late I'll call you back yada yada.. He said i assume you want a refund. I said yes please. Never offers any other accommodations. I did ask can I please have a receipt document saying what I had shown you about the room issues and management number. He said could not give any receipt and very reluctantly, gave me a sticky note with name number front desk.1hr out of the way able to get another room. So 100 more also run by same manager. Cerk had businesses cards and stated here is management card I'll also leave a message to call you. Myself and ******* have emailed called no response, more than a week!

Avoid this location. Cockroach in the bedside drawer. Neighbor's AC continually cycled on and off while creating so much noise that it was impossible to sleep. Staff knocked and then opened their door but it was chained from the inside. Staff said there was nothing more they could do. Spoke with front desk in the morning and was told that manager would call later that day. Manager never followed up. Staff was friendly but obviously management does not care about customer experience. This hotel has gone downhill quickly since new management took over.

No daily room service during 3 day stay, Exterior of facility looks good but interior condition is marginal at best. Bathroom shows rot around end of bathtub and adjacent vanity. Wals discolored. Upon arrival found stink bug and roach inside the room. Killed and removed them from interior of room, Locking mechanism to door leading to balcony has been broken and not properly repaired. Part of door frame appears split from forced entry, Parking was very adequate and exterior of facility was clean and appeared well maintained. Biggest disappointment was no daily room service throughout our stay. We had to go to front desk to obtain coffee packets and clean towels and wash cloths. I would not recommend this hotel.

我们每次去切罗基都会住在这里,而且很喜欢。不过这次房间的情况和我们预想的有点不一样。有些东西没准备好,有些东西也坏了。我真希望如家酒店能在这里投点钱修缮一下。它在切罗基是最好的地理位置,却感觉像是个被遗忘的投资项目。请把这些话听进去吧♥️
位置超赞,房间也很干净,就是不含早餐。
房间里到处都是蟑螂,我们不得不杀死它们。
他们正在装修,所以装修完成后会是一处不错的住所。我们通往阳台的门需要维修,而且你看得出来之前有人闯进来过……浴室超级小,一张床的床单上有污渍。
