Overall - Fair Experience

The lobby was very nice, and the room was aesthetically well-designed. However, there was a strange odor in the room that was also noticeable in the hallway. The breakfast quality was disappointing, so we chose to skip it. The location was perfect. The staff was adequate but seemed quite busy, with one staff member managing the front desk while frequently on the phone.

Lots of going in and out of rooms all night long and yelling in the hallways...could hear everything happening outside as either walls or windows were not soundproof

Late check-in was easy, parking is sufficient, restaurants are conveniently located nearby. Room was clean and quiet. My only complaint was the awful bed, it was horribly uncomfortable.

Our crew has been staying here for the last 8 weeks, and this is by far the best hotel in the Sylvester/Albany area. The consistency really stands out it’s a lot cleaner than the others we’ve tried, and the staff keeps everything in good shape. Breakfast is served every morning, which makes things easy, and the hotel has an elevator, which is convenient. Parking could be a little better, but overall, the location is very central and works perfectly for us.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable stay.

Dirty rooms dirty couches wet smell in room even the notebook paper you leave with pen felt damp. Dirty men draws left behind door dirty rag left on bathroom sink when arrived in room after check in

This hotel is so dated the rooms were dark and then the hallway smelled of mold and other things the bar was falling apart. It was so much silicone around the bathtub. It definitely need to be thrown out. Debb was horrible and hard. I had to go buy my own line for me to lay down. Do not go to this hotel run from it the pictures of false advertising if I could give it a zero I will give it a zero do not go by any pictures you see online this place is super dated behind times

Pool was closed entire stay. Never told this until arrival. Bathroom mold behind toilet, and ceiling above toilet, yellow discoloration. Water coming out of ceiling above toilet. Reported twice no action. Had to use towels to keep from slipping in water. Trash cans never emptied during stay.

I slept so good. The area was good and I was able to comfortably work remotely without any issue. Only downside was the cleaning. I bring disposable sheets and cleaning products, so I would stay again. However more attention to detail could be given cleaning wise. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

This is so sad because the property itself was great: clean, well maintained, comfortable bed, great breakfast options! Check-in was also easy and wonderful (super friendly staff). Truly, it was excellent and nothing to complain about until trying to actually get sleep... I was exhausted but all night long, there were other “guests”/people talking so loudly it was like they were the only ones in the hotel. Doors were slamming shut and people going up and down the hallway - I was woken up at least 4 different times by others outside of my door/hall/in rooms down from me - at a certain point, once the idea finally dawned on me in the middle of the night, I turned on a sleep story to try and muffle the sounds, it helped somewhat but they were so loud, it didn’t stop it... It was outrageous and ridiculous that this was allowed all night without any intervention by hotel staff.
