This property needs to be demolished. The room smelt like someone had been smoking dope and just left. NO TOWELS!! They had to be washed we got them 2 hours later. Bed sheets were nasty. Burns and blood and dirt on the sheets. TV Did not work. The manager refused to fix and ******* refused to give refund unless they charged $75. Drug deals in the back of hotel. This place was crazy and why did the water in the sink make your hands sticky? We only stayed for 2 nights. Bed bugs!!!!!

Not a fancy place but a good value. No pool & only one ice machine for the entire property. It was adequately clean & bed/pillows were pretty comfy.

It was a Holiday weekend in Georgetown and the price was very affordable. The area was so amazing that we extended the stay for several days.

The property is unkept. Rooms are not clean. Roaches are present. The staff is unprofessional. Do not stay at this site. It may be conveniently located but it’s not worth the price. The staff gets mad if you point out inadequate issues. I had to move 3 times before I found a room that was clean, safe & operable.

Place was nothing compared to the pictures and there was lots of mold, roaches, bed bugs and fleas I had to leave before cause I couldn’t believe how bad it was and people smoking it was terrible never again

The desk staff was awesome!!!!! The owner the older gentleman was not so friendly or helpful . Our room was rather nice. There was a tub mat in the tub .I wondered why but ok apon stepping into my shower because there was nothing to stop up tub to take a bath. I realized why there was a tub mat!!!! There were two holes in the tub !!!!! Omg 😱! So I get out an dry off while watching the TV then the cable cuts of and I get nothing but a snowy screen for 5 mins on every channel!!!! Then I just got mad 😡💢💢💢💢💢💢💢 so I ordered a king size bed I get only 3 pillows weres the other 3 pillows???? So I proceed to office desk clerk says she'll send owner ok so then owner comes to my room and I proceed to ask why I only have 3 pillows with a king I should have 6 he say ask desk clerk if we got them she'll get them. I say ok the tube has 2 holes in it and my TV is all snow he says very rudely nothing wrong with TV I said that's because the cable must have clicked back on you have problem you leave now you get refund nothing else you take to desk clerk. And leaves. So deck clerk come to room got tears in her eyes knowing it was fkd up tells me if I choose to stay I got to sign I choose to stay 😱 she was the only one that listened and care n was friendly I won't be back and ps there black mold in lobby air vents

This was very poorly. Unsafe area, with folks hanging out.. Someone camping beneath the stairs, No towels nor washcloths in room. TV remote without batteries. Had to call for each of these items 2 times. No plug for tub, no hot water for shower. For the cost of the hotel it was terrible.
