Didn't do any shopping, the room was clean and nice , just had some noisy ppl about but the staff handle the situation and we got rest.

The condition of the room is poor. Unkept carpet- holes. Poor quality furniture. Fridge- dirty, needed defrosting. Tv and remote - dirty.

It was very clean. The linen was clean and fresh. Even the room itself was clean and fresh and my room was a smoking one.

OMG!!!! Do not go to this place! It stunk! Get into a room, 107 I believe check out the bathroom, after traveling my usual first stop. The sink has pink stains, the toilet has stains, oh yeah the sink has what looks like a 2 by 4 holding up the one side. The bathroom has two towels and two wash cloths and a mat for the shower. No hand towel. The shower curtain is barely hanging on the curtain rod. Ready for the bedroom? We could feel what felt like springs on the beds. The beds were also sunken in various areas. Had to look all over the room for outlets to charge our electronics. The rug felt damp underfoot. The AC worked and was noisy all night. Never do a Knights Inn again! Don’t believe the website or the photos! I felt like we were staying in a flop house that charges by the hour!

The staff was very nice! Unfortunately, the amenities were not what they said they were on this app. The shower and bathtub had mold really bad. I had to scrub the bathtub myself to take a shower. The towels and washcloths were gray, so I used my own.

Property is just a place to lay your head. No coffee in room, real accommodation, no breakfast, no indoor cameras, homeless down, smells like smoke and others, the list goes on. Staff did there job no compaints but they can make a area and building the hilton.

Booked a room with double beds, for 2 adults and 2 children, get there and they inform us they only have 1 room available and it's for a queen bed. That was not a queen bed, it was tiny. It was late so we just took the room to get the kids in bed so they offered no accommodations since we took it. We had no choice, no their hotel around had vacancies. We did talk to the manager the next morning and he apologized and said if he had been in he would have given us a king room instead, so apparently there were other rooms, they just couldn't give it to us without him. So who knows.

Not worth the price
The entire hotel is in need of updating. The bathroom sink needed replastering, the bed linens had cigarette burns in them. The refrigerator in one of the rooms that my family was staying in didn't close at all.
