This hotel is easy to get to with plenty of shopping, gas stations, coffee shops, and more close by. Staff is very pleasant and very clean!

Room clean Checked in with young lady named Aloha She is exceptional! It was busy and they were short staffed at the time. She knew my name a couple of times around the hotel too

Very clean. A big thank you to Mimi at the front desk. From days before even arriving I called to make sure my reservation was all set she was so nice and helpful then , as well as when I checked in , & when I checked out. It truly makes a big difference on your stay when you are greated by such a nice person. Thank you Mimi

We were very disappointed regarding the treatment my family received during our recent attempt to check in at your property. Upon arrival, we were informed that the reservation had to be under someone over the age of 21.
Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk was unprofessional and dismissive. She made my son and my boyfriend wait outside and told them they could not sit in the lobby while the issue was being resolved. I could not help but feel that their treatment was influenced by racial bias, as both are African American. This was both hurtful and unacceptable. Due to the way they were treated and the lack of cooperation from your front desk they decided to leave. I also ask for a formal response and any possible resolution, including an apology and a refund for the unused reservation. I have sent numerous emails and calls to the property and have not received any contact back.

我超爱这里！泳池太棒了，按摩浴缸也很干净，是加热的。泳池也是加热的，很干净。房间非常棒，闻起来香香的，也很干净。床很大很舒服，床单和枕头都非常干净。我简直不想离开这家酒店，因为太喜欢了，住得很放松，所以又多住了两晚。酒店周围商店也很多，像沃尔玛、塔吉特这些你叫得上名字的都有，就在我逛街的那个商场旁边。我会向所有人推荐这里！
对于一家假日酒店来说，这真是太令人不安和失望了。酒店的状况糟透了，我的房间根本没打扫干净，浴缸里还留着旧肥皂和一圈污垢。暖气/空调一直关不掉，还发出可怕的噪音，根本睡不好。有线电视看不了，也没有早餐。泳池和热水浴缸区域简直是乱七八糟。电脑也坏了，假日酒店和Trip.com提供的服务和条件都太差了，完全没想到会这样。
这家酒店绝对算不上干净。另外，我不确定是不是有什么大型派对在这里举办，但走廊里到处都是无人看管的孩子，他们把冰块洒得到处都是，地板上也泼满了红色的饮料。泳池区域被那个大团队弄得一团糟。前一天晚上留下的脏乱，到第二天早上也没有清理。花洒头非常恶心，上面堆积了各种颜色的污垢。沙发看起来至少应该擦一下。不过好的一面是，办理入住的前台先生非常和蔼可亲，而且床很舒服。
价格实惠，员工友好。
