Housekeeping severely lacking. Bowls and pans in cabinet were NOT clean. Housekeeping did meet us in room to discuss issues, but contacting them later has been silence. Corporate nor location has responded. Dirty linens, not enough towels and washcloths. Refrigerator needed to be cleaned inside. Footstool portion of couch obviously not moved recently, found trash underneath. Just a really bad experience. The people we spoke w were generally nice. One young man went out of his way to make sure we had an ice bucket. Which is evidently verboten on "the Residence side".

Staff was nice. I had to change rooms because my initial room was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned but they acted quick and the new room was immediately ready.

Posting this after giving Marriott time to respond privately. Found ants in the kitchenette and later other small pests. Took two days and multiple follow-ups to be moved, and the new room was a downgrade. Staff communication poor and unhelpful. I’m a Silver Elite member and expected better. Reported it to Marriott Guest Relations — still unresolved after weeks. Won’t be returning.

The staff were absolutely amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The breakfast team went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed, even putting together a goody snack bag to send with our college daughter. It was such a thoughtful touch and really stood out!
We had two king suite rooms, and they were spotless, very comfortable, and perfect for our family. The in-room kitchen space was incredibly convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The rooftop outdoor area was beautiful and so relaxing—it was the perfect spot to unwind.
We will definitely be coming back, and next time we’ll be bringing our pets too! Honestly, the staff were the highlight of our stay. Their exceptional service made all the difference!
