The room was fine. It appeared to have been renovated. It was clean. The breakfast was subpar. No hot items other than a waffle maker, which wasn't working. The juice machine wasn't working either.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outside wasn’t much to look at but they have a nice seating area in the courtyard to visit. Overall we had a great stay.

Our room did not have any hot water and would have been nice to have a clock in our room. The bed was comfortable but no coffee maker. We had a nice time, Thank You Michael Peters

I tried not to cancel, but move the dates of a week long reservation, and the manager said no even tho i tried to do it 90 min after i made the first reservation. I had to leave my hotel that i paid for at the time and drive overnight on short notice cause they couldnt tell me if they could waive the rediculously expensive reschedule fee.
Then when im here, its a nightmare for these people to make a 1 day extention. Told them i sleep in the day, and asked them for a do not disturb sign. They didnt have one and just put in the notes not to knock. Since they cant communicate, they thought i had to check out on wednesday, even though i reserved till friday and made the reservation with them at the desk on tuesday. So the cleaning staff is banging the door in the middle of my night telling me i have to go dowm stairs and talk to the front. If i didnt have to stay here i wouldnt.

Mel at the Front Desk was a real treat for this Yank. The housekeeping was on point also. Thank You 👍👍👍

The room didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. The floors were filthy and the one queen bed had weird crumbs all over it, so my friend and I had to share a bed. The bathtub had a mysterious yellow stand on it and we believe it was dried urine. All of our towels also had yellow stains on them, and so did a few of the pillows. We were in the hotel only to get ready and to sleep so it wasn’t the biggest deal, but it would’ve been nice to sleep in a clean place after a long day of travel and being at an event. The lady at the front desk was kind and friendly when I checked in, and she was very helpful with information about local cab companies.
