will never book again. They kept my deposit for no reason, my toilet was broken when I checked in. There was a ****** necklace in the bathroom. People outside are very loud. Housekeeping doesn’t knock they just walk straight in. With them keeping my deposit that means I paid almost $90 for a room I could’ve gotten at a nicer hotel for that price.

Booked somewhere else, but was offered this property to accommodate us losing a reservation on another &… Dirty property. Luckily we brought a blanket to lay across the bed. Ended up washing that when we got home. Didn’t even want to sit on the toilet or shower in the tub because it looked so nasty.

They did not have the room I reserved available, I checked in over the phone with my credit card and ID only to get to the property and still have to provide the same documents. It took almost 30 minutes to check me in.

This was oir first stay here and we enjoyed it, especially the hot tub in our room. The rooms were nicely renovated and spacious, the area was quiet and clean and the housekeeping staff was very thorough

Not very good…
There was no place to hang clothes, no shampoo. The bed was not comfortable, we didn’t even stay the 2nd night, even though the room was paid for. Very disappointing.
