No fridge, no microwave. Had to throw out expensive leftovers from my Thanksgiving dinner with my daughter who i hadn't seen in a year. Was there from Thursday til Sunday and no maid service to check trash or ask about fresh towels or bedding. Ac/heat fan was so loud had issues sleeping

I was quite surprised by the appearance of the facility and the room. I thought the Wyndham name would be good, but alas, I was fooled. There was mold all over in the room. The door had the appearance of being broken in once the toilet was slow to flush. I definitely would not recommend. A jail would have better items for breakfast. The breakfast bar was dirty and mostly empty during the entire time of my stay.

The room was not clean, the lining on both beds were extremely dirty at the bottom. Checkout was okay but the front desk can surely do better on speaking to guests with a postive attitude. Lastly it is false advertisement by displaying on the website stating there’s hot and ready continental breakfast, which there was not, and the breakfast area was also unsanitary as well, and false advertising for having supposedly having very well put rooms which was not the case. Extremely disappointing with this hotel.

Room was fairly cleaned. We never had a remote for the tv the entire time. They never had extra pillows, towels or blankets (we were actually questioned why we needed extra). Front desk attendant actually didn’t have any shoes on. THEY DO NOT HAVE BREAKFAST (unless you count cereal and oatmeal packs). Don't count on the Mexican restaurant next door! (WE GOT FOOD POISONING!) Lots of activity from both Hotel Staff and Guests (Staff power washing doors at 9am & people yelling in the parking lots at 2am). We were very cautious about our valuables in the car because of the amount of houseless people lurking & loitering in the parking lots. Only positive thing I can say is how close it is to the University area. (If you’re hungry, take a little drive to the nearest P.Terrys)
