The lady who greets guests is a terrible human being. She plays favorites and frankly should quit. Sam is the one person who sort of gets it. I guess I understand that their clientele is sort of rough generally but the staff brings any grief on themselves. But avoid the nasty lady (short, heavy, terrible attitude .. ) yeah she kinda ruined it for me.

A back up of raw sewage came into the whole building on my weeks stay 2 days have passed and no one has come to clean .

The staff is great. They were all so friendly and welcoming. I had an extended stay there and they made me feel at home. There was limited parking on the side of the building my room was on but not a deal breaker. Great value along with great customer service.

Beds looked like they had been slept on and weren't even bothered to remake or change sheets. The bath tub was so dirty... looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in months. The only option for breakfast was cereal even though their site states "hot breakfast" including eggs, waffles, and sausage. Everything was disappointing and dirty.

I did not like how I was treated waiting for my ride. It did take awhile but I never had services like that before.

Property is nothing like pictures .
thought i had canceled reservation with front desk but come to find out they actually didnt cancel andbthe kept my money.
厕所/壁橱坏了，房间里只有一盏灯能用。
从浴缸到床都非常脏，制冰机也完全不能用，根本没法好好睡觉。
员工太差劲了。粗鲁、不专业、不尊重人。就算有免费房间也别来这里。
