This makes the third comfort and I stayed at the first two were very nice this one the toilet seat was so loose as you kept sliding off the shower had no water pressure they moved me twice because the first room had mold bathroom at mold in it it was just not quality hotel at all we got very little sleep last night in it not a very good area would not stay there again or recommend it thank you

Checked in around 730p and desk clerk was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having 2 king beds in the room. Hotel is older and the wear is showing but still great. Would have given a higher rating but for the fact it snowed overnight and we learned the owner doesn't have a contract with a snow plowing service. He then parked a truck and trailer in space next to the door and wouldn't move it so we had to push a cart with our stuff through several inches of snow to load our car. If it had snowed a little more, we would have been stuck in the lot.

The WORST room I've stayed in, in a long time. The room hadn't even been vacuumed, there was dust everywhere, and I found hair in the bed. The outlets didn't work in the bathroom, the drains in the sink, bathtub, and whirlpool tub were all broken. The furniture was incredibly run-down and the room/hallways smelled horrible.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, small pool though. The hallway smelled like cleaning products and the hot breakfast was basic but warm. Could not bring breakfast food to the room, had to eat there.

Charged me $60 for incidentals before I even entered the room … yes they provided me a refund when I left but I didn’t get the refund for 3 days. Normally I provide a card in case incidentals were incurred but for this motel they said I had to pay. They said it was to cover expenses associated with smoking in the room etc… which is ironic being that the lobby wreaked of smoke. When I said I wanted to just cancel my reservation because I didn’t want to pay the $60 they said they could do it but per my agreement with ******* it was a non refundable fee basically meaning I’d lose the $126 fee…then went on stating I should not use third parties and just deal with them directly. Terrible experience with rude and condescending staff

The overall stay for the amount was reasonable due to the condition of the hotel (Needs A Few Updates). The beds kept sliding away from the headboard, so that made the mattress uneven on a slope. The breakfast is the same thing everyday and not hot. House keeping is terrible if you staying more than 3 days. The water for showers was warm and wouldn't get hot. Front desk tried to be helpful as possible.

Automatic light kept turning on at night and waking me up. Need to have a way to disable motion sensor on light or have a switch bypass.

房间超级脏,臭气熏天,状况很糟糕,我三个月大的女儿也住在那里。真是糟糕的体验。
