Staff are people for the people! I ran into bank issues an they made me feel like there wasn't anything to worry about an I appreciate how well they handled the issue.

We arrived late and the room could have been a little more cleaner and have trash cans put in.
Freezer had old ice all over
Cars parked had flat tires and thrle room next to us was boarded up.

周围有很多无家可归的人，淋浴时几乎没有水，闻起来有香烟味，因为隔壁的人在外面吸烟，空调把香烟味带了进来
