一切都很棒，除了办理入住的工作人员。晚上8点左右，一位男士来办理入住。因为我是通过*******预订的，他让我在外面等了20分钟，直到预订的客人到。我感觉他非常粗鲁傲慢。说实话，酒店很漂亮，只是位置更糟糕。那些肮脏粗鲁的员工把一切都弄得一团糟。

这次入住杰作酒店（Masterpiece Hotel）的旅程，早在抵达前几天就出了问题。我当时想用网上银行卡支付，结果他们刷错了卡。到了酒店，前台的女士态度不太好，但也不算粗鲁。她很不满意给我们升级房间，因为她找不到我一个月前订的房间。我们房间的浴室里到处都是头发，地板上还有垃圾。地下室的水疗中心很脏，底部真的有污垢。水是绿色的，一点氯气味都没有。阳台外面有危险的建筑材料。天知道是什么原因，我起了疹子。说实话，我真应该住在六号汽车旅馆（Motel Six）。我们期待了好几年才住在这里，结果却非常令人失望。我不喜欢给差评，但这可能是我住过的最糟糕的一次了。
最后只能离开，房间里一股下水道味。我要求换房间，但房间已经空了。前台接待员粗鲁无礼，不专业。回答简短，毫无帮助。入住房间时闻到下水道味，却不知道原因？如果这个问题没有得到解决或修复，你还租不租房间？就一句“不知道为什么？？？”我再也不会说这种话了。这么粗鲁的人不应该是你第一个入住时遇到的人。
