There are no blankets or comforts, they only provide 2 thin sheets on the bed, there were 2 toilets, we found out after using 1 that it wouldn’t flush, because there was no water in the tank, because the water was tuned off, because the toilet runs constantly. We got to the room the ACs where completely off a took hours to bring to a comfortable temperature! We left to buy groceries only to come back to an unplugged fridge, so all our frozen items defrosted by the time the freezer came to an appropriate temperature. Tv didn’t work at all; most of the lamps didn’t work, the AC had exposed electrical wire hanging underneath with electrical tape showing exposed copper, imagine a child or pet getting ahold of that. Our room didn’t have a do not disturb sign so we asked for one. They said we don’t do those here…

Rooms has a foul mildew smell. I asked to switch rooms cause the first room the smell was strong. I was given an attitude and was told I would not be allowed to switch the room

Overall the area was not pleasing. Usually once arrived in room, you can forget about the outside, unfortunately that was not the case either. The room smelled terribly of smoke.

Roaches in room only 2 cartoon channels on tv Not even free local channels said I have to but a subscription to watch tv. No oven in kitchen to cook
