The rooms were clean…the kitchens are nice…the bathrooms is clean…the whole hotel is clean. The staff is amazing and friendly. They are also very respectful. They are very helpful. It’s very quite for the most part and I enjoy staying here.

It's a bit sketchy the way they treated me. I reserved for two days and by the time I was getting back to my room after the first day, they already checked me out prior to giving me any sort of notice. They were being very hush hush not saying anything to me. Of course this infuriated me after not letting me know anything. I found out my gf had EMS called since she felt she had an emergency, but still that didn't warrant not giving me any notice whatsoever. They didn't even refund me the day they didn't honor. They also did not give 24 hour notice for me to vacate, which Texas law requires you to give. Sad way of treating customers who didn't even do anything. I have yet to get any sound reason for their poor behavior. Watch out

I didn't get a straight answer from the front desk person about my cancellation. When she finally gave me a card it went to a room with people inside. When we finally got the suite with my mother who's a senior, the TV was not working, a light bulb was missing and the hair dryer didn't work. There was a substance stuck to the counter and roaches and ants were on the counter. I didn't bother getting breakfast, just drinks. I'm sorry I can't find the photos.

Great hotel, with good benefits. Great management and employees. Very clean, all my appliances work even the dishwasher! I like the hardwood floors, to avoid accidents I can’t clean with my furry friend around.

我在这家酒店的经历非常不愉快,我不会强调任何好的东西,也许它并不遥远。不好的地方有以下几点,大堂很脏,地毯有污渍有难闻的味道,电梯里垃圾扔了,还有一滩水,房间有股难闻的味道,一切看起来都很旧,我们住的房间空调有噪音。可怕的是我睡不着,厨房里的水槽漏水,浴室里的水槽也漏水,床上只有两个小枕头,他们只给你一条毯子盖住你,几乎是透明的,因为这是多少旅行,我想去接待处要另一个枕头,但从来没有人,总之我不会回来。
