We’re a small exterior corridor motel, so we don’t have a secure luggage storage area to hold bags before check in. I understand that can be inconvenient for guests who arrive early.I do want to clarify that guests are always welcome to wait comfortably on the property before rooms are ready. Our lobby has two couches and a table with chairs, and just outside the front office there’s a bench with power outlets for anyone who wants fresh air or needs to charge a device. The pool area is also open, and it has tables with umbrellas, chairs, and sun loungers available for use at any time.I’m sorry we didn’t have the chance to host you, but I appreciate you taking a moment to share your thoughts.

SureStay properties only provide a continental breakfast, which includes items like pancakes, cereal, toast, pastries, fruit, oatmeal, and coffee.The next tier up, SureStay Plus, offers a full hot breakfast. At the mid tier Best Western hotels, hot breakfast is typically included across all levels. Because of this structure, the offerings vary depending on which tier a guest books.I appreciate you mentioning it, and I’m glad the rest of your stay was a positive one.
