他们给我们安排了第一个房间。没有有线电视服务，电话也坏了，她说他们会在周一派人过来，于是她拿了另一个遥控器，电视确实打开了，但她离开后，我们又无法使用服务了，所以他们给我们换了另一个房间。我看到浴室地板上有脏兮兮的鞋印。浴缸很脏，每次移动床时，听起来都像是撞到罐子或鼓的声音。我们被告知第二间客房的服务中断后，电话服务恢复了。第一间客房的冰柜需要除霜，窗户很脏。第二间客房的地板需要拖地，地板很黏。

Room key

It was a rather pleasant stay. The only problem we encountered was the room key. Even though we paid for a 2 night stay then extended it for another 3 nights, they turned the key to our room off every day. It was the only inconvenience we came across though. Besides the problem with our key we really enjoyed it there. It was peaceful and quiet, the staff was friendly and the room was very surprisingly big.

STAY AWAY!!!!!

The room we were given was filthy. Opening the door, we were hit with an awful smell. The window was shattered, there was a stained dirty rag on the windowsill to catch leaking water. The AC unit was filthy, the pillows were yellowed, the tub was a peeling mess, and the balcony had empty soda bottles, cigarette packs, and a solo cup full of cigarette butts on it. Elevator was out of order. We stayed in the room long enough to book into the Hampton Inn. Went to the front desk, handed in my key (they will only give you on, no matter how many are in the room) and told him that the place was filthy and we couldn’t stay there. He offered a different room, but I couldn’t imagine that they would be better than what we were given initially. We got a full refund.

We met another couple in the parking lot we had stayed the night before and they were on their phones trying to find another place to move to as well. They also confirmed that their room was filthy and smelled bad as well.
