I did the e'check-in and e-check-out service which was easy to navigate. The rooms were clean and quite. The food selection was great, it was clean, fresh, and organized.

Water for hot tub was too cold to really make it worth having.

WiFi was almost nonexistent. Good in hallway, but walk into a room and it was too slow to use. Tried two different rooms on different floors with same result. Oh, and awful cell reception so…

TV always defaulted to wrong input. Had to reset at the TV. Front desk knew and didn’t seem to care.

Key cards for our room were canceled halfway through our visit. Same with another guest as I waited at the desk.

I understand this is an older facility. It’s in pretty good shape. However, the smoke detector was gone in my room. There is no excuse for this type of a safety hazard. Room 210. A couple of little things such as the iron is broken and leaks water. Ironing board is broken. I also checked in online and staff made me give her all of the information again? What is the point.

Made me pay a $200 deposit because of where i live?! Also the front desk lady was very blase and borderline rude. The room was clean but the noise from the parking lot kept me up all night. If you work from your phone or computer, don't plan on it here. The wifi is terrible. I couldn't even get netflix to work, and definitely couldn't live stream. Overall not a great experience.

The room was not cleaned. The bed was comfortable though. The bathroom was horrible. I took pictures of the hole in the towel, the black things on the floor and the lack of cleaning.

We stay here throughout the year to visit family. It is a clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff, nice pool area. Down the street from food, fuel, and shopping.
