Staff support was lacking. There was no access to any general bathrooms outside of your own individual room because the bathroom was blocked off. The workout room was unavailable and so was the pool. I had to change rooms because there was a big roach in my room that was still alive. They had no rooms available for me and had to wait four hours for a new room.

Cockroaches, unclean rooms, and multiple noise disturbances made our stay extremely unpleasant. Having to insist on a room change after finding and disposing of two cockroaches is completely unacceptable. This property is far from a place to rest—it was a highly frustrating experience.
Additionally, extensive renovations are underway, rendering amenities such as the gym and pool unusable. Overall, this stay was disappointing and not worth the cost. I strongly recommend considering other options.

I’m done w/LaQuintas. They had construction going on in the hall we were staying in making it impossible to rest during the day. The end of the hall door was closed for construction, elevator didn’t work. Overall just a bad experience

Get both elevators working especially for guest on 5th floor. I should have called Fire Marshal due to the fact you had the back entrance/exit closed. If true emergency how would guest get out of back part of building? Also cigarette burns in top comforter on bed. Towel in bathroom fringed and should have not been used again. We will not be using your hotel for a good while, not until you get your business together!!!!!bathroom one whole never sh

Yes the breakfast was fresh but the parking was horrible when we got there it was under new renovations and they had half of the parking lot taped off

Very disappointed by the stay at La Quinta by Wyndham Dallas Arlington South. No, where at the time of making this reservation online was it indicated that this location was being renovated. The only side door pathway is blocked by a pillar, which made it difficult to roll in luggage. The elevator at that entrance was out of service, there was poor lighting throughout the hallway and in this room we stayed. We were in town for a family funeral. I had my elderly parents with me, which made it very difficult for them to walk all the way to the very end to the only working elevator down the hall. Then to walk all the way back down to the hall to the room that was reserved for us. Reservations indicated for three adults, and we only had two towels in our room. I called the operator and was told I had to come back downstairs to get extra towels. Inconvenienced again. I also called the 800 number to speak to someone regarding this stay and was kept given the runaround and transferred. Poor customer service do not waste your money.

The rooms had dirty floors and we found blonde hairs in our tub. The elevator looked like it needed a good scrub but the location was great for us.
