The rooms were clean, but the microwave wasn’t working and no one ever came to replace it. The room was never cleaned during our stay, and the customer service was quite arrogant. The chef at the restaurant was very nice, and the breakfast was delicious

The staff, especially Stacey at the front desk and the maintenance staff that clean tge rooms. I really enjoyed my stay the three weeks I spent there waiting on my home to be ready to move into.

The room 411 had a bad a/c unit and I told the front desk personnel repeatedly and nothing was ever done
Didn’t get no sleep and had to take a nap in the parking lot so I could get on the road

My room was very clean, bed was comfortable. All the staff were great especially Stephanie for breakfast. My only complaint is with the weak wifi signal in my room. Oh also the the black woman with the short blonde hair was not very friendly when I checked in at night.

The staff was not nice they were not helpful they were not pleasant at all! There was no real breakfast just powdered eggs left, with plenty of time for more to be brought out. My tub leaked through the entire night, there was an issue with plumbing the toilet made noise and often had to flush more than once. I have been to Norfolk more than once this was by far the worse stay.

Generally all was good - only disappointment was the staff checking us in. She was curt, officious & rude. Otherwise, things were vleann& as expected.
