Generally all was good - only disappointment was the staff checking us in. She was curt, officious & rude. Otherwise, things were vleann& as expected.

The people were nice but the room left something to be desired. The shower dripped constantly, we all had issues with the shower curtain staying closed. Not horrible by any means but not the best either. Decent affordable option but not my first choice

This hotel double-booked the room we reserved three months prior to our stay. They called us the morning of check-in to inform us that our room was not available and they did not have accomodations for our family. We were left to quickly search for and book a different hotel at the last minute. The hotel did not even try to offer a solution for our stay. Terrible customer service.

Everything was okay except for the bug we saw in the main hallway waiting for the elevator in the lobby but didnt see any trace of bugs in our rooms thank god but it was still just crazy to see because it was so unexpected

Dirty, used sheets.
My stay was okay. I had two beds and when i turned the sheets back i could immediately see stains on them & i then noticed the dirty place where whoever slept there before had laid. I could tell they didn't change the sheets on the bed from the last person. Good thing my other bed was clean 3it was just me. The lighting is poor so for someone else it may have been easily overlooked but wit my phone flashlight it was easy to see.
