There was poop from an animal on walkway to room and air conditioner was very noisy. No buffet breakfast.

Elevator was not working. The room was clean but outside the room was dirty.

The hotel misrepresented themselves on *******. This is more of an apartment with weekly stays unlike the surrounding hotels and hotel suite areas. There are a lot of shady people and I didn’t feel comfortable with my kids. The outside halls are dirty and trash dispersed everywhere. Room was clean enough, no bed bugs, bathroom clean and fridge clean. Two crickets found inside. Otherwise I have pics of a broken lamp held by tape, a piece of cardboard under the dresser to keep it balanced and a broken office chair. It’s cheap but not worth the risk. Front desk assistant was nice enough but not professional in appearance. Checked in at 945pm, the lobby was dark and it appeared closed and shut down until I approached the door. They need to update their photos online.

The place misrepresented itself on ******* because it’s more of an apartment building with weekly rates and not for tourists. The outside aspect is run down and dirty throughout with trash. There was a heavy smoke smell outside that penetrated to the rooms. Room was clean and free from roaches- but had a broken lamp shade, broken office chair and unbalanced dresser with cardboard under the corner.

Website photos and actual property were not the same. Upon pulling in it was rundown, dirty, garbage around property, weeds, smelled of pot. Very deceiving. Very disappointed. Pool unusable due to overrun by kids. No ice machines. Thought we were to have kitchette. No breakfast offered.

The property gave real unsafe let me hurry to my room vibes. People hanging outside of the rooms in the walkway. Loud music, smoking….not to mention the tv didn’t work in my room, no phone in the room…no desk chair…Stained bedding….thin walls I could hear everything going on next door. I couldn’t wait for the night to be over. I wouldn’t recommend.

Mediocre facilities at overvalued price points, exceptional staff. The staff is the saving grace for this property- room was in need of a decent amount of maintenance- but sleep quality wasn't effected.

I went to check into my room and upon arrival, the lobby was filthy and there were a few little kids trying to get to their room, but the lady at the desk kicked them out for not have a shirt on. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by 5000 bugs and roaches. I could not even walk on the carpet as I was literally stepping on bugs as I walked, to prove this I took some pictures to show the front desk. I immediately walked out, got in my car and drove back to the front desk. I showed the woman at the desk and she was "shocked", She offered me a full refund and asked me to please take a card and share the photos with the GM. You can clearly see that this is more like an apartment complex as there are MANY people living there full time. Debris,old trashed furniture, bikes and other items on the balconies followed by homeless people sleeping in the grassy area. I had the luxury of seeing very intoxicated men sharing a needle in the back of the complex. I travel every week for 46 weeks out of the year and this was the worst I have ever seen
