Check in, with only two party group ahead of me took 40 minutes. Kitchenette with stove, microwave, sink, but no fridge to store perishables or leftovers, and no ice to keep items in a cooler.

This property is more for those looking for super cheap housing versus a stay overnight. The walkways were filthy, the room floor was sticky, the mattress cover was brown, and we had to ask for pillows. I saw every hour of the night worried about the area. Was someone coming in? I will pay double elsewhere to not be worried about my safety. The only positive was the friendliness of the one staffer.

It was very comfortable for what it was definitely a nice room to rest your head at when traveling for a little while. Not to modern but had everything you need to cook rest shower and even watch tv.

It was not pleasant
Luggage carts are disgusting. The person checking me in smelled bad, had yellow hands and beard from smoking so much! Most of the staff was outside all the time smoking!!! Floors were sticky everywhere!!

This was the most disgusting hotel ever. The office manager could not be bothered to check us in when we arrived at 2:30am after driving all night. We called in advance to confirm this was okay and they agreed. She took over two hours to come to the office to check us in. The room was not what we booked. When we entered it around 4:30am, it had been recently smoked in, not just cigarettes. It smelled of elicit *****, the microwave was still hot, and the bathroom smelled rancid. The dresser had ash on it. The floor had dirts, trash and eaten sunflower seeds. We slept in our car in the parking lot because this room was uninhabitable. They also refused to refund our payment for other rooms we had for kids traveling for a team competition. Homeless people were lurking outside day and night. This place is filthy and unsafe. Stay away. We are still trying to get our money back because the rest of our party also all checked out without staying the whole time.

Not for handicapped customers
The elevator did not work and they tried to put me on 3rd floor. I requested a refund and she typed it computer and said that it has been refunded due to elevator. And I’ve still not received the refund.

The hotel manager was yelling outside at 6:00 am on a Sunday morning. Of course, both of us were awakened.
Guests played TV loud - all night long. Seems like that's how they sleep.
Debris and filth in the stairwell. Smelled like pee.
The room came with a stove, fridge, microwave and sink but absolutely no kitchen tools. There were two plastic cups. No coffee cups.
The bed was comfortable enough and the room clean enough.
