I did not enjoy my stay here the front desk lady was rude, Because when I first arrived it was 3:30 nobody was at the front desk so I called and messaged in the app no response I waited 30mins, Then when I found her and explained it too her she told me no I wasn't I responded with I arrived at 3:30 and it is now 3:57, I also had a weeding rehearsal to attend to that day in which I was late for, once I checked in my room the sheets had stains on them so I laid on the top sheet with my covers, the heat wouldn't stay on constantly, The fridge wouldn't hold temperature my food was spoiled, The walls and ceilings had stains on them as well, I do not recommend

As soon as I walked in the room I reserved I seen it was not clean. The walls were dirty
I looked at the bed and the comforter was stained dirty and every single sheet on the bed had spots of stains. I immediately called the lady in the front and after I told her about the sheets being stained she kept repeating herself saying the bed is made the bed is made and she even hung up on me. I paid for a room I could not even stay in and the lady in the front who was there when I checked in and when I gave the key back said she was the manager. When you look on the wall to the left of the office it has a satisfaction promise that they will make it right if things are not satisfactory and they absolutely do not give that standard. They do not care and the price is not fair for what you get!

Don’t stay at this Hotel
This hotel is very dirty. Towel are not white and have stains has roaches shower has paint coming of the base .Beds are hard small pillows .

Everything was perfect. Clean units, nice staff, and well appointed rooms with the softest towels I've ever had at hotel.

Bed bugs not just one but numerous. Then they had the audacity to not refund me for the room. As soon as I saw them (upon inspection when I arrive) I returned to front desk and etc etc

when i checked in there were 6ea coffee creamer cans on the floor in the lobby to catch water. There was a live cricket underneath my covers when i got in the bed full of cigarette burns!!!! A shuttle is advertised on the website, but they did not have one.

But definitely no breakfast served
前台的服务人员我几乎听不懂他们在说什么。咖啡机、电话、无线网络和电视都坏了。冰箱里没有隔板。维修人员(人很好)修好了电视,但一旦关机就再也打不开了。提供的两条毛巾非常小,根本不是浴巾尺寸。楼梯踏板松动,其中一块没固定好,迟早要出事故。非常失望。
工作人员态度很差。前台那个老太太对我们把早餐带回房间的行为大声指责。
