The blanket had cigarette burn holes all over it. No blow dryer, no hangers, hot water for shower not hot, no ice bucket, when got one it was really dirty, no coffee pot. The window shade didn't go all the way down.

The property manager hung the phone up on me when i called to dispute a pet charge for my 2 service dogs. I sprcifically chose this property because it accepted service pets. Additionally, I emailed the property directly to let them know I needed a 1st floor for a recent knee proceedure AND i had sevice dogs. I was told that at check in i did not inform the hotel i had pets, when indeed I did notify the night attendant that i had my two servive pets and needed a first floor. The manager at this location continued to state that i did not inform the attendant , proceeded to ask me what kind of medical service dogs they were and what was my medical condition, i emailed the hotel their servce licenses, to which he still continued to badger me regarding disputing his hotels pet policy with service dogs. Eventually he hung the telephone up on me, a civil rights attorney based out of Washington, DC.

Room was cleaned up but really damaged, and of low quality. I didn’t get sleep the night I arrived due to loud music and yelling all night, people are very disrespectful in the area, my door had a hole in the bottom exposed to outside, I had cockroaches crawling from under my bed, and in my windowsill.

房东显然对房产状况漠不关心。一半的停车位都停满了建筑设备,酒店门口也堆满了杂物。我们到达房间后发现,房间损毁严重,而且维修得非常糟糕。浴室里连卫生纸都没有,更别提卫生纸架了,只能看到原来放卫生纸架的地方。卫生纸架被拆下来,抹上石膏,然后又刷了一层粗糙的油漆。我付了两晚的房费,但这个地方实在太破旧了,我妻子也觉得不安全,所以我们只好放弃付款,在格林维尔附近找了一家像样的酒店。为了避免麻烦,还是多花点钱,找一家更安全(也干净得多)的酒店吧。
