the TV in the room is large and gets in the way. the bathroom door doesn't fully open because of it. also it gets louds in the hallways in the morning making it difficult to sleep in

Nice stay great location. WIFI extra which isn't great. Parking near but the app for the parking fees is awful.

Holes in sheets, stains on carpet and mold in shower.
Thumbs up for pillow and comforter and recycle bins.
老酒店了，只有一部能用的电梯，而且等了很久，房间保险箱在收到四次投诉后仍然坏着。在餐厅开了好几次商务会议，服务花了好几个小时，第二次开会时厨师竟然没来上班，我们白等了40分钟，厨师拒绝为任何人服务。服务糟糕透顶，酒店设施维护得也很糟糕。
噪音水平令人无法接受
住宿体验很棒……除了音乐震耳欲聋的轰隆声，震得窗户都震裂了！很晚了我们才睡着。期间，我们不得不把电视开到最大声才能盖过噪音。我们住在四楼……无法想象低楼层的客人会经历什么。
员工很棒，基础设施糟糕
虽然服务很棒，但房间本身却大相径庭。我们到达房间时，发现门上的电子锁坏了，每次进出房间至少要花5分钟。我们注意到大多数门看起来都“被撬过”，而且看到好几个房间都有工程师在修锁。房间内的熨衣板坏了，而且老是掉下来；浴缸似乎有一部分堵塞了；淋浴超过2分钟就意味着要站在2英寸深的水中；马桶似乎整晚都在堵塞和/或漏水。这是一次非常令人失望的体验，我们每次走回房间都焦虑不安，不知道接下来会发生什么……
地理位置优越，位于市中心主街。代客泊车服务是一大亮点，酒店虽然很老旧，但翻新过，风格还是90年代的老旧。我觉得这家酒店不值得四星评级。这家酒店很普通，每晚价格不应该超过120美元。
房卡有问题——进房间后，被拒绝了，不得不去前台两次。房间里的空调声音很大，让人很吃惊，尤其是在半夜。
只有一部电梯正常运转，导致等待时间过长。不知道是人手不足还是培训不足，总之体验不太好！
