Our room smells of urine. One of the beds sounds like barrels rolling against each other every time my son rolls over in it. The bed is horrible. Air conditioner controller is practically off the wall, it is barely attached, and the ac unit does not make the room cold.
The entire facility could use an overhaul/update, it is straight out of 1970's Tom Bodette keeping the light on (which would be perfectly quaint if the facility didn't look so worn down).

The shampoo and body soap dispensers were missing in the shower. No little bottles of soap or shampoo were provided. There was bar soap. The curtain was torn away from rod. The ice machine closest to our room was out of order. I requested handicap room when reservation made, none abailable when I checked in. Toilet seat was too low for my elderly mom. Wont be back sketchy neighborhood.

Grungy
Staff was friendly and service was quick. Room was grungy and overall the property needs work... maintenance and housekeeping is definitely lacking. The bedding and matresses were clean and comfy. The A/C in the room was off when we checked in, making for an uncomfortable first few hours.

Our bathroom was not very clean. Toilet was dirty and in the shower where the shampoo conditioner and shower gel was in the shower was dirty. They needed to take it apart and clean it with a brush I wouldn’t even touch it. Wallpaper was loose How hard is it to glue it down. Also some mold in the shower. Not very please

The staff were attentive. The place is not fancy but the room was more than fine. The bedding was clean and crisp and the pillows were really comfortable. I would stay again. It is definitely no frills but for a place to rest after a long day is more than sufficient. It is definitely not much to see from the outside, but don't let that change your mind.

hotel needs a cleaning staff, floor hadn’t been swept in awhile, bathroom was disgusting, management should be embarrassed wasn’t about to get in that tub. Won’t be back!!

Overall, I had a good experience. The problem is the VERY noisy AC unit. I had asked for a different room because it was so loud only to find that the second room was just about as noisy as the first. I just decided to use my ear plugs so I could sleep. Also, the refrigerator in my room isn’t very cold if at all. Not that big of a deal for me tonight but I will let them know about it.
