Guy was not very inviting when we checked in, very snarky but the next day guy was very sweet and smiling. When we got to the room, I asked my husband to go get a bucket of ice for my water bottle and he returned saying the ice machine was broken but the front desk was able to give us some from the back, I would have liked to have been able to get my own but was thankful. The curtains that covered our window to the outside in our room were torn partially from there hooks. The sink was stopped up and when it finally started to slowly drain, it flushed up bad looking yuck. Springs under the bed squeaked if you moved a TOE, really, springs squeaking. Dogs barking until late.

Not good for women alone. Very sketchy. Parking lot full of road workers. off work drinking 40 oz beers. It was very uncomfortable taking my luggage inside and I put every single chair and all my luggage against the door because I was afraid.

The room and bed were clean but the bathroom was full of mold in the tub and tub area. It is in need of serious remodel. Since we were only staying one night, a shower was not needed.

It would have been nice to know before booking that there was NO elevator to the 2nd floor or services such as ice machine on 2nd floor. We are older with no so great knees so getting our heavy luggage upstairs was not a good experience.

online pictures showed eggs for breakfast with fruit. We picked this hotel for that reason as I am gluten free. The pictures were wrong. No gluten free choices were offered. Otherwise the room was clean. Air conditioner didn't work.

Exterior of the hotel is a little qorn. The construction of a new business next door is not helping. But the interior is excellent. The quality of the updates to a well appointed room is a great treat. The sheets and pillows were nice. There was USB charging station. The value is outstanding.
