The hotel really needs a face lift. Several areas could use a coat of paint, and the carpets are frayed and dirty. The breakfast buffet was very sparse, as was the snack selection in the lobby. The coffee tasted like mud, and they didn't have any regular creamer, just flavored. I wanted cereal one morning, and the milk carafe was empty. The attendant was nowhere to be found. The carpet in our room was never vacuumed, and had crumbs from when we ate in our room the first night of our stay. We will not be returning the next time that we travel there.

Smelled weird. My daughter's side of the bed we shared was about 3 inches lower than mine and very uncomfortable.

There was a weird smell in the lobby and the room had another weird smell. The floors all needed a good cleaning/vacuum. Mirror in the room was dirty as though someone had licked it. There was a red substance on the inside of the comforter. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. Next time we will stay someplace else. It was close to a Dick's Sporting Goods outlet.

酒店臭气熏天,一股臭味扑鼻而来,酒店员工粗鲁无礼,房间里臭气熏天,简直让人喘不过气来。房间里的沙发上到处都是动物的毛发。浴室感觉很恶心。我们取消了三晚中的两晚,只住了一晚就离开了。他们提出退还两晚的房费,但后来又转过身来再次向我收费。直到现在,退款都费了好大劲!我的卡上仍然显示这家酒店重复收费!已经五天了,结果还是不对。
第一个房间温度高达80华氏度(约27摄氏度)。最后我要求换房间。第二个房间的床是我睡过的最差的。坐下时马桶真的会动(不是马桶盖,而是整个马桶),而且我们洗澡时,淋浴间里至少有4英寸深的积水。
不过还是要感谢工作人员的热情好客!我预付了两晚的房费,住完第一晚后就不想再住了。我要求退还第二晚的房费,前台的女士同意了我的请求(非常感谢)。
房间在线预订很方便。在线价格比前台报价更优惠。我们之前住的房间空调坏了,所以换了一间。前台很爽快地帮我们安排了一间新房间。安顿好房间后,我们带着孩子们去了游泳池。泳池水看起来很脏,浑浊不堪,我们决定不让孩子们游泳。于是,我们去了当地的娱乐中心,让孩子们游泳。我不会再来这家酒店了。早餐还不错,但我们决定吃快餐。
前台小姐人很好。房间看起来很干净,直到一个孩子掉了东西,去捡,我们在床下发现了空酒瓶。浴室里有霉菌,淋浴间的油漆和墙壁可能都掉了。也没有牛奶可以冲麦片。卡在早上8点30分之前就被停用了。幸好我男朋友还在我们房间里,早餐后让我们回去。
