I am a nurse in town working night shift, and booked several nights, starting Friday night so that I can sleep on Saturday morning, before returning to work Saturday night. When I arrived Saturday morning, I was told that I was a "no show" the night before, so my reservation was canceled. I received no such notification. I tried explaining that I work nights, and am just now getting off work and going to bed, but I was met with a blank stare and few blinks. The website explicitly stated check in was "anytime". So I was left stranded with nowhere to sleep but my car, as no local hotel could accommodate a new reservation with immediate 730am check in. I was not refunded or offered any recourse.
